We, do our best to make sure every order goes smoothly, but unfortunately sometimes one of us slips up. When this happens we want to know about it right away so we can make it right as quickly as possible. 2) Can I have multiple address into my account? Yes. You can add as many addresses as you need to a single account. In Cart page, click on "Add Address" button. 3) If I place an order, how long does it take to receive the order? It depends on the restaurant's estimated delivery time, each restaurant will display its order delivery time in the restaurant's tab. However, the time may vary depending on road traffic congestion. 4) Can I re-order a previous order? Yes. You can simply go to "My Orders" tab and choose an order from your previous orders and re order it. 5) How can I contact zimro ? You can call our hotline number (From 8AM to 11PM) 6) Is single order from many restaurants possible? We currently do not support this functionality. However, you can place orders for individual items from different restaurants.
