What You’ll Do

As a Customer Success Manager (CSM), you’ll be the trusted advisor for our enterprise clients, ensuring they achieve their business goals and maximize the value of our solutions. You’ll play a strategic role in customer engagement, adoption, and retention, while collaborating cross-functionally to drive long-term success.

Your Impact

Build Relationships: Develop deep, trusted partnerships with clients, becoming their go-to resource and advocate.
Drive Value: Understand customer needs and align our solutions to help them achieve measurable success.
Optimize Adoption: Monitor product usage, provide best practices, and proactively identify growth opportunities.
Lead Business Reviews: Conduct regular check-ins with clients to review progress, address challenges, and plan for future success.
Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with Sales, Product, Professional Services, and Support to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Resolve Issues Proactively: Act as the escalation point for customer concerns, coordinating with internal teams for fast resolutions.

What You Bring

3+ years of experience in Customer Success for enterprise SaaS clients.
Strong business acumen and the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Exceptional relationship-building skills , with the ability to engage C-level executives and key decision-makers.
Strategic mindset , with a track record of driving customer success and business outcomes.
Experience with CRM and customer success platforms to monitor client engagement and retention metrics.
Outstanding communication skills (both written and verbal), including executive presentations and data-driven reports.
Ability to travel up to 20% for client meetings and events.

The targeted base salary range for this position is $85,000 - $110,000 based on relevant skills, experience and other job related knowledge, with an annual bonus eligibility of up to 10% of the base salary, depending on company and individual performance.
