Job Description

As a Senior Creative Designer at Xpress Automation, you will hold a pivotal creative role, responsible for conceptualizing and executing visually compelling solutions that define and innovate our brand presence across diverse brands and channels. You will play a key role in shaping the visual identity and storytelling of Xpress Automation and its sister companies.

Responsibilities:

• Creative Conceptualization: Develop creative concepts and visual strategies that align with the business goals and brand values of Xpress Automation and its sister companies. Translate abstract ideas into engaging visual designs
• Brand Consistency: Ensure visual consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all creative materials, maintaining a unified and professional brand image
• Multichannel Design: Create compelling visuals for a variety of digital and print platforms, including websites, social media, email campaigns, newsletters, marketing collateral, and more
• Art Direction: Lead and manage the creative direction of projects, including photography, video, and multimedia content, ensuring it aligns with the brand's message and aesthetics
• Innovative Design Solutions: Stay updated with industry trends and emerging design technologies to bring fresh and innovative solutions to the table
• Collaboration: Collaborate closely with marketing, content, and development teams to create integrated design solutions that drive business objectives
• Feedback and Revisions: Solicit and incorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine and improve design concepts and materials
• Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are of high quality

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Arts, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a creative designer, preferably in a dynamic and innovative environment. Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
• Proficiency in design software, including Adobe Creative
• Strong conceptual and visual storytelling skills with a portfolio showcasing a range of design projects
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with a high degree of creativity and adaptability
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Knowledge of best practices in design for digital and print media
• A passion for the automotive, insurance, and healthcare sectors and an understanding of their visual needs
