About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Staff Accountant to join our dynamic finance team. In this role, you will play a key part in managing financial operations, ensuring accuracy, and supporting strategic decision-making. This position is ideal for someone with strong accounting experience in real estate or property management, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys problem-solving.

What You'll Do
Financial Management: Handle day-to-day accounting activities, managing multiple entities using QuickBooks.
Accounts Oversight: Maintain accurate and timely accounts receivable (A/R) and accounts payable (A/P) processes.
Transaction Management: Oversee daily banking transactions and maintain financial records.
Reconciliation: Perform regular reconciliations of internal financial reports with third-party records.
Administrative Support: Assist with various finance-related administrative tasks, adapting to changing business needs.
What We're Looking For
Expertise in QuickBooks and MS Excel.
Experience managing financials for multiple entities, particularly in real estate or property management.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with team members.
Comfortable working with various financial software programs.
Integrity, confidentiality, and a strong sense of accountability.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
CPA designation is a plus.
Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience, preferably in real estate or property management.
Hands-on experience with financial systems and databases.
Please Note: This is a full-time, in-office position based in Los Angeles. Remote work is not available.
